Every time I have a chance, I swing by SELECT to hang out and chitchat with Manny. We discuss a wide range of things from shoes, fashion, life, music, the good, the bad, I can go on for ever. If you ever get the chance to chop it up for a few swing by and get some knowledge and pick up some gear.

TEXAS FABRICATED.
I havn't done a drift event in such a long time due to deadlines and other aspiring projects in life. But when I get the chance to I will surely release alot of pent up steam. I really miss the smell of tires burning and being in total control of my car going sideways, well at least when I could control my drifts. So if you Drift, would want to learn, or would like to try it out, there are events every month held at mineral wells TX, by FABRICATEDMOTORSPORTS. A good friend of mine Aaron Losey holds these events and would love for more people to be apart of this culture. Check this vid by chixwithtrix.

Weekday Afternoons Were Made For This...
CHAMORRO FIX.
We hung out with some local Chamorros (People from Guam, in case you don't know), Nate and Jesse. These dudes were really chill and reminded me so much of the islanders back home - laid back with no worries. Not only were they islanders but they ride FIXIES! Pics on Nate's Bike on Part 2. We ate at BlueStar Brewery and the food was pretty good. Didn't shoot much photos of the food but I do shoot the aftermath. It was a chill day filled with good food, chit chats, a water mister and sweaty tees... After a few, the homie Lamar (RISE/RUN) and BANZAI Steve came through to enjoy the heat with us.
GIZMO
While we were eating a strong gust of wind came through and blew one of the umbrellas off the table.
Jimmy from Blue Star Bikes. Go and get your Fix!
Random Cruiser looking really nice.

"YO"gurt.
You should know by now that we're all about education. No matter what type or form, its always a must to be informed of things that fascinate us. This is a continuation of the last post about refreshing, mouth-watering frozen yogurt. We decided to put "OrangeCup" a local yogurt spot to the test. The flavors were definitely tasty and the toppings "topped" it off! This joint is located at the La Cantera Mall. If and when you have a chance swing by and experience bliss.
When your done with your yogurt and recycle the cups and spoons you get a NICKEL!
I had to shoot some of the pretty cool architecture.

FEELMODE 2 TRAILER.
As one of the 4 pillars of Hip Hop, graffiti is the artistic expression of street culture. True to foundational Hip Hop, the good folks at Feel Mode have put together the Feel Mode 2 "The Game Done Changed" DVD chronicling the subculture of graffiti. Check out the trailer..

Yogurt Craze Bound To Hit Here
There seems to be a new craze that hit the west coast. Seemingly irrelevant for us here in SA, but as the years have progressed, we have seen lots of changes. San Antonio seems to be coming up when it comes to businesses and what is now made available to consumers like us. If you look at different areas (I especially like what I see on the west side of SA) you can see what I mean. Within the last couple of years we've gotten Jamba Juice, Panera Bread, BJ's Restaurant, and Carl's Jr's, just to name a few. Also, in retail there is so much more than when I first got here three years ago. No longer do we have to travel to Houston and Austin in search of unique goods or delicious treats. (I don't wanna forget to mention GSA or Select Footwear for all your skate/footwear/streetwear needs!)
Anyway, this is about the "yogurt craze" that has hit metropolitan areas, and that I know will come this way soon enough. When we got the chance recently, we experienced it while we were in San Jose. Since we're new to it, we were cautious and ordered plain yogurt with strawberries, bluberries, and mochi was our only risk (a mighty good one I might add). When talking to friends about it (before ever trying it) I asked, "What's all the hooplah?", the reply alluded to the fact that it is a great alternative to ice cream or other high-sugar treats because it is both refreshing (satisfying the sweet tooth with a sweet & tart taste) and healthy. That's what people want nowadays...to fill their senses with goodness, but not at the expense of good health. We at HMG couldn't agree more with that concept!
Pick a yogurt and pick from array of different toppings. Yogurt is then priced by size of yogurt and amount of toppings or in some cases, by weight measurement of your frozen creation.
Due to heightened humidity, we think this part of TEXAS is fro-yo ready!!!
Here's a few sites for more info on these yogurt treats:

PACMAN KNOWS.
"For us, Thy Sons to Suffer and Die." (quoted on the Pacman Trainers)
Pacman has given hope to the young Filipino youth of America. The traits I absolutely admire about Manny Paquiao is his countenance and humbleness. It teaches our youth that your actions speak louder than your words.
