Read a cool article from Wired.I guess this is the new craze with the hipster folk. (Idk what a hipster really is, but I don't care for labels. Do what you do.) The moped hype is spreading, again. Remember the Puch/Honda/Peugeot mopeds from the 80's? These are the same ones, but now with aftermarket exhausts and other tuning parts.
